Fulfillment & Processing Timelines

• Order Processing: All standard orders are processed, curated, and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

• Operating Hours: Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will begin processing the following business day.

Rates & Shipping Methods

We utilize premium, reliable carrier services to ensure your archival journal arrives in pristine condition. All shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the final delivery destination:

• Domestic Shipping: Standard and expedited shipping options are available across the United States via USPS and UPS.

• Tracking Updates: Every shipment includes a dedicated tracking number, which is issued automatically via email the moment your order is packed and the shipping label is generated.

Delivery & Addressing

• Address Accuracy: Please double-check and validate your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to make alterations or redirect packages once they have been securely handed over to the carrier.

• Damaged or Missing Shipments: In the rare event that your edition is damaged during transit, please retain all original packaging and contact curation support immediately at info@legacyinleaves.com so we can resolve the matter for you right away.
