Our Curation Guarantee
Due to the custom-bound and archival nature of our editions, all sales of Legacy in Leaves are considered final once processed. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or change of mind. We ask that you carefully review your allocation details before executing your order.
Damaged or Defective Editions
We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our journals. In the rare event that your book arrives with a structural manufacturing defect or sustains damage during transit, we will replace it immediately at no additional cost to you.

Reporting Window: Damages or defects must be reported to our team within 14 days of the confirmed carrier delivery date.

How to Initiate: Please send an email to info@legacyinleaves.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damaged shipping box or the internal book defect.

Resolution: Once verified, a pristine replacement edition will be expedited to your shipping address, along with a prepaid return label if we require the damaged copy returned to our archives.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, you must contact curation support within 2 hours of placement. Once an order has been securely handed over to our fulfillment center and a tracking number has been generated, it can no longer be canceled, modified, or recalled.
